My local grocery store deli will grind it from dry roasted peanuts while you wait. No salt or oil added except from the dry roasting process. I get a pint every 3 or 4 weeks. Add a dollop when ever I need some extra fat in my meal. My latest meal has been the Tuna/PB/Splenda mix - great on no/low carb days; I do not recall who suggested it a few weeks ago, but it is not bad at all.

Tuna/PB/Splenda??
Sounds disgusting. How does it taste?

Mostly like peanutbutter. I was suprised it tasted a lot better than it sounds. I drain all the water out of the tuna (12OZ can) and mix 4 or 5 TB of PB with like 3 packets of splenda. I do not care for the taste of tuna and the PB masks it quite nicely. It really needs to be mixed well (I use a fork and press the stuff until it is more of a paste).
