Well my first concern is you put 3 inches on your waist in 8 weeks so it is clear your diet is wrong. I recomend you read the Diet and training stickys.

the thing about my diet is that i dont eat meat, well chicken and sausages i can eat,i have never eaten things like steak and that, and the way my day is set out i dont really get time to eat good meals,i have frosties in the morning, and where ever iam in the afternoon for my lunch i prolly have a few chicken salad rolls or tuna rolls, then when i get back at 5.pm i cant have dinner till i have my workout which is at 6pm.so once after my workout i have to drink my whey protien an hour after my workout and be able to fit a dinner in then as well.so how do i get round this, after i have my whey protien it does not really give me an appitite for supper,so iam stuck really on this as well

Since your eating dinner after your workout couldnt you just use that as a protein source?

Posted by: mikey250976

if i use my dinner as a protien source when would i dring my whey protien,i only drink that because the program i follow said you have to have that an hour after workout.so where would i fit my whey protien in.i would prefer to have my dinner as soon as i came in from work ,but i think that would be wrong before i worked out,iam i right on saying that.

Your weight gain is actually pretty decent. You gained like 7 or 8 pounds in 2 months. That's excellent. This stuff takes time. Keep eating and lifting and you will be fine. Also, I highly suggest COUNTING CALORIES. You can't be consistent in weight gain without doing that.

Nonetheless, you should read the training stickies and post up a new routine. I think yours could use some work. Better than many I've seen, but still a good idea to refine it.

could you tell me what parts of my routine needs work on.the thing i notice or should i say not notice,my chest muscles r taking a little time to develop,i dont know if iam doing my chest excercise right or not,on every odd week i change from decline to incline(dumbell press).iwhen i do my chest excercise i do not feel much soreness or strain on my chest, like i do if iam doing my biceps and triceps.iam doing something wrong here.

Like I said, read the stickies and see if you can figure it out. Post it again after you make these changes. Then I'll take a look.

Sounds like you might need to throw in some type of isolation work for the chest.

wat does isolation mean exactly and what is the best excersises u suggest

isolation exercises are basically single joint exercises.....for the chest it would be some type of flye movement.
