Also, an upper limit of 11% is pretty rough. That is very hard to maintain for some people. I wouldn't even necesarrily recommend it for a 14 year old. Most likely, if he just cleans up his diet and makes healthier eating choices (More vegetables, less processed foods, etc.) and starts exercising he will notice a dramatic weight loss. |
