Hi there how do i make my protien shakes taste nicer? any tips ive tryed loads of flavours and i just get sick of them is there anything you lot put in them to take the nasty taste away?

depending on your diet and goals:

berries or fruits like mango, banana, pineapple (best frozen first-thicker)
oats (grinds up and makes thicker)
ground flax seed (I prefer golden)
naturall nut butters
low sugar juices
vanilla extract, coconut extract, cinnamon
low sugar yogurt or plain yogurt
cottage cheese (yes-it goes smooth)
ice cold decaf coffee (as the liquid)

etc etc

I'd say your best bet would be fruits. As Jen mentioned, berries, bananas, mangoes and any other fruits you like work really well. I've even used Apples and oranges before. My personal favorite is vanilla whey, 8 oz skim milk, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 small banana and 1/4 cup oats. Tastes like it should be bad for you.

(But if you really want to be like the I-hate-yogurt-guy about it then put some splenda and some vanilla extract and some ice in there without messing up the macros.)
