Hi all,

Let me introduce myself and explain why I'm here. I'm a middle aged man with a bad back (3 herniated discs) and about to start my first cycle, ever. I've got dbol (naposin) and provarin and would like to know what amounts to take of each to get me started.
I'm basicly looking to build enough strength in one cycle to carry me over into a "clean" workout regime. I cant seem to get over the initial hump with out re-injuring my lower back, so I thought this might help build up the muscle quiekly.

Any and all thoughts are very welcome as I'm anxious to get started.

Thanks in advance

dogbreath1 welcome to IM!

not sure I would recommend ANY heavy lifting with 3 herniated discs, might want to rethink what is most important, IMO your health and being able to walk in 10 years.

Actually, the fact that I DO want to be able to walk in 10 years is why I'm doing this. But, after getting very good advice on another thread...I'm not so sure that "additives" are a good idea for me.
I was hoping to do a very short (4 week) cycle just to get over the hump and build some muscle quickly and then continue without d bol and proviron...

Seems I got misled by some uninformed "friends".

Thanks for the welcome Robert. I appreciate the response.
