Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say wussup to everyone and I'm ready to feed off all your knowledge! I've been working out for a couple of years now but really no set schedule/discipline cuz I was juggling 3 jobs. Now that I'm only at one job I can focus and get the results I've been wanting. I've been training for just under 4 months now with no supplements just a better diet and I've gained under 10lbs, my height is 5'5" weighing in at 155lbs. I'm looking to get thicker and cut, any info for a skinny guy would be great be it supplements/diet, thanks...
