they're all good points. how do you feel about morning cardio on an empty stomach... i drop pounds on that, but im not sure if its all fat and my energy level is way down. i've been debating on taking whey with water, no carbs or fat, about a half hour before training in am, followed by a oatmeal, yogurt and egg whites after training. i also try not to eat starches after 4:00pm... what do you guys think of that approach. |

If you are losing 20-30 pounds in your first month, that is proof right there that you dont know what you are doing with your diet. You are cutting calories too fast which is catabolic, and metabolically damaging.
