i'm looking to lose about 50 lbs of fat after being layed up for a while, not looking to gain too much muscle or strength. however i plan on taking ip t3 for an 8 week cycle stacked with superclen and eca (both at 2 weeks on /two weeks off). also will be taking arimidex for the duration. have been told that i would lose a good amount of muscle on this stack and should take both anavar and primobolan to retain and tone up. also some suggested prop, but i not sure if i wont to go that route... any suggestions would be appreciated. also, any ever used ip and what do you think about them.

Keep away from the drugs and do what "The Don" said. Diet, cardio and training is what you need.

The reason your 50 lbs over weight is from eating, no cardio and no training. Get yourself in shape and then think about the use of drugs.

I'm surprized how many people think gear is the magic solution to fix all there shitty habits.

Now poster I'll ask you this question. How much fat do you think you would have if you didn't eat for the next 30 days. Do you think you would still have that last 15-20 lbs on you? Now if you answer no to the above, doesn't that tell you that you don't need drugs to get the excess fat off your ass.

i understand what your saying, and ive been in this situation before. i played ball in europe, and tore my acl and mcl. i'm just getting back to training and i usually do drop 20-30lbs in the first month. but i always seem to plateau after that. my trainer had me on a diet of seven meals per day 50% protein/ 30%carb/ 20%fat, and i came within 10 lbs of my goal. but when i went on gear i exceeded my goals. i dont plan on starting until the end of summer, and i like to do a lot research before i start up.

Funny how a bunch of juice heads are saying that Juice is not right

But they are right, cardio and diet works wonders.
I find that morning cardio works well for me.

Don't we all pratice do as i say and not as i do...

they're all good points. how do you feel about morning cardio on an empty stomach... i drop pounds on that, but im not sure if its all fat and my energy level is way down. i've been debating on taking whey with water, no carbs or fat, about a half hour before training in am, followed by a oatmeal, yogurt and egg whites after training. i also try not to eat starches after 4:00pm... what do you guys think of that approach.

If you are losing 20-30 pounds in your first month, that is proof right there that you dont know what you are doing with your diet. You are cutting calories too fast which is catabolic, and metabolically damaging.

look the most ANABOLIC thing on planet earth is FOOD. Without it you won't grow. With it you will. So get your diet in top notch order and results you will see. I promise this.

I didnt think 3000 cal a day was to much of a drop for me. I've dropped a lot of weight after injuries in the past, just by returning to training without changing my diet. And im pretty sure my metabolism is ok, because my energy levels are fine as long as i eat every few hours. As for catabolic, ABSOLUTELY NOT! My muscle and strenght increase. My problem is when i get to the within 15 lbs of my goal. Im told to decrease my calories to a point where i feel that like my energy and muscle are in jeopardy. And then you get all these suggestions like these two, where one person is telling me not eat for a month (tough old man) and that weight will come right off, and one that believes you just hurting yourself by doing that (mudge). And its not just you two, i get different opinions from different trainers. One thing i know that worked for me in the past was the clen/t3 combo, but i worry about the catabolic effect of the t3. If any has opinion on how to counter that, let me know. Thanks.
