Beating my head into a wall

It's only taking me 50 yrs to figure this shit out. If you just have ave genetics, then you have to put on weight to gain in size. With that weight comes fat.

So it's a back and forth ballgame. You get big and get your arms, leg and chest where you want them and then you look in the mirror and see why your pants don't fit. So what do we do. We cut. Then the next thing you know is your pants fit and so does everything else as just like magic, the arm size, chest size and leg size has dissappeared also.

All I'm looking for is 1 more inch on the Quads, Chest and Arms. But this means an additional 20 lbs in weight and about 1-2" around the mid section. At least for this old man

So what's it going to be. Fairly big and lean or hugh and not lean. Pick your choice.

If I want to put another inch on my quads all I have to do is look at a squat rack once or twice. If I want to put on two I will actually do a set or two.

Your such an ass. Last week we measured our quads when foreman was here at my house. Foremans quads were a little over 28" and never works them. Mine are around 28 1/2" and I work the fuck out of them. What a lucky bitch he is
