Help with PCT..

I am ending a 4 week cycle of M1T and Trenobol I am curious to what i should do for a proper PCT.
I have been taking Underground Labs M1T 10mg/day(2 pills) ICN Trenobol 50mg/day (2 pills).
I have been keeping my dosages low as I am pretty new to this. I have had little to no sides so far and I would like to keep it this way.
Any help to a good pct cycle would be greatly appriciated.

Bad move. You should of had your pct on hand just incase gyno occured.

yea i know that now.. and i will for the future i will be more prepared... just trying to correct my mistakes
