Diet & Supplementation on "accidental" off days

I havent done any active training in 4 days. Cuz of work and Memorial Day weekend, I havent been able to get the time to workout due to lousy hours or gyms being closed. However, because of the holiday, i have drank every day in those 4 days (not beer) and I was starting to feel that I was going against my diet intensely.

I am doing a 'cut,' but its not a serious cutting period, in other words, I am not preparing for a contest, just a personal goal. I have been making progress, but in light of this weekend, i began to wonder about how I should eat on my off days (today i was going to go, but overslept).

During a cut or slight cut if there was such a term, should I consume less calories on an off day? I know I need more for active days, due to the energy being expended, but how much is the difference?

Oh, the only supplementation I take right now is Matrix Rx. On off days, should I take 2 vs. 3 or does it even matter? Plus, does this test booster promote weight gain? If so, does it promote fat gain?

The Matrix RX will promot LBM gain but not fat so you should continue with that no matter if you workout or not.

As far as your diet, well naturally you should be injesting lower calories on your off days. For instance, there will be no pre-workout meal and no post-workout meal. Seeing those 2 meals alone probably contain a good chunk of calories by cutting those out and having moderate meals instead, then your cals will be lower.

Careful on your alcohol consumption as it has negetive effects on fat burning.

Hah! I didnt think of it that way. I suppose then I am ok, aside from the alcohol. Thanks for the link to 'alcohol' list.

Seems to be alcohol is alcohol and its gonna fuck you up one way or another.
It said in the link that one shouldnt make a habit out of it, but is a weekend excessive? That is, thurs night, fri night, sat night, and sun night? I know it sounds bad, but its not common, but still, should I expect a sufficient delay in losing BF% now?
