Aberdeen?

btw, i can't believe you called it soccer when it's blatantly football.

Posted by: samba

I hate the term soccer but used it so the Americans on this site would understand what I was talking about.

Posted by: The_Chicken_Daddy

I can't believe they called a game "football" when the "ball" rarely ever actually touches a "foot".

So are you in Aberdeen?

Posted by: samba

Im live in Brige of Don a suburb of Aberdeen. Been an AFC supporter all my life. Things are getting better weve got a European place next season.

Do you foillow a premiership club?

Posted by: The_Chicken_Daddy

Of course i do. We have champions league to look forward to

Not that i'm expecting us to get anywhere in it lol.

So your part of the toon army massive. Are you Jeff from byker grove. Fantastic sideburns by the way.

Seriuosly you guys have done great this season its good to see Bobby Robson doing so well.

Posted by: The_Chicken_Daddy

Bobby's the man!

Byker grove was shot about 10 minutes from my house - the main youth club place that is.

How come non-geordies always remember byker grove but never commend us for Auf Weidersein, pet?

i'm a fan of soccer, actually i love soccer, one of my fav sport. anyways who do you think is going to win the champions league. my money is on real madrid

Posted by: samba

I would like to see Real Madrid win it. Zedan is the man.

It is my teams centenary year next year 2003, it will also be 20 yrs since we won the European Cup winners Cup aggainst Real Madrid (Sir Fergie was our manager then). A lot of our fans would like to see an exhibiton game against Real to mark the ocassion.

Where are you from?

Posted by: stam

i support Manchester United.

as for the champions league final, my bet is on Real, they are way to strong for bayer leverkusen

UMMM, soccer is not football, and oh yeah, soccer sucks...

Posted by: jay

I played football as a kid in France. I want to pass the sport on to my kids. American football is a game, but football (soccer) is a sport.
