Hi everyone!! I'm a "veteran" member from a lot of boards !! Especially one from Musclemag where I learned a lot from another member:w8lifter!!
She was the first one from whom I got so mny tips about nutrition and training! We're talking about 8 years agao or something!!
Ok!! I live in Belgium (antwerpen), train at home in my gym! My goal is to saty fit and to lean up in the summer! Never entered a contest! Would love to though!!
