ive done a converion and 12 stone is 76kg or 168lbs. My goals are purely body building, as is the mens health guide ive been following. WTF is wholemeal?? Use oatmeal here. Old Fashioned ONLY @ at all times. Also a serving of fruit. 4:Steak in a wheat muffin with salad Why? Chicken breast and apple or some fruit. 5: Fruit Salad made of banna, apple grapes, and tangerine. Protein dude! Maybe a peice of fish, a yam, and derk greens (brocoli or string beans) 3 hours later have some casein or cottage cheese, with maybe a half cup of oatmeal or a small sweet potato. You need some fats and some EFAs (essential fatty acids) in there. Buy some flax, take 2 fish oil caps with each meal. I try and eat pretty much everything i think im supposed to mainly focussing on steak, chicken and potatoes - dunno if thats right or not ?? Also on saturdays and sundays - i erm eat anything i like really - which usually consists of burgers, pizza, chinese chicken curry or fried chicken or anything i fancy. Be careful on what you cheat. Live, but dont gorge. Allow one or two cheat meals a week but eat clean throughout. good to hear your thoughts on this. |
