How much do you weigh? How much protein is that? (A lot, I would guess). If this is a post workout shake, you should add some higher GI carbs. Instant oatmeal is okay, ricecakes are good. Ideally you want 2:1 carbs to protein after your workout. Some people use dextrose, that could be a possiblity for a bulking program. So could a bagel or two (although I don't personally recommend either of these for cutting). What are your goals? Either way, this isn't sufficient for post workout, as far as I'm concerned.
