Hi guys, im new on the forum, just signed up (in UK). been training for 5 years now, havent taken any roids YET... as i wanted to ask if you can stack Dianabol and Winstral together (tablet/pills form)? i was told i can as the dianabol would put on size while the winstral would make me lean? - best of both worlds.

is this true?

is it safe?

what would you recommend? i want to get lean!

how many tablets/pills should i take over a 6-8 week cycle?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance

worst cycle idea ever. Read up an steroids for at least a year before you use them.

Hey dude, this is probabaly one of the most common things new guys ask when they come on here. First of all, address the factors that influence your training at present and alter them to try and produce more growth and strength gains (adequate, plentiful and correct nutrition within your diet, enough rest, varied training program thats constantly difficult for your body to adapt to etc). You'll be surprised how just changing small things in these areas lead to extra progress you swore you'd never see again. As for getting bigger yet becoming leaner, its achieveable, yet you won't make progress in size as you'd wish. Basically, you either have to bulk up (eat more calories than your body uses up) or diet down (eat less calories than your body uses up) to really get anywhere, so make you mind up what you want to do first. If its leaner you want, don't expect your body to grow vast muscle mass if you're withdrawing calories (energy) in order to lose fat and become lean. The body simply doesn't work that efficiently and effectively. As for some of the basics out of the way, look at steroids and learn about them and their effects, their side-effects, their reactions to other steroids etc, long term and short term effects, how you administer them, how long you take them, what you take when coming off steroids etc. There is untolds to learn, and it is all important if you want serious results and care about your health.
As a rule, to consider taking steroids, you have to be comfortable with the concept of injecting them as that is the most effective and arguably the safest way to take them. If you're not ready for that, then you're not ready for steroids. Tablets such as Dianobol/Winstrol aren't advisable to be taken alone as they are toxic and taxing on the liver and your bodies lipid (fat) systems, especially if on them for eight or more weeks as you mentioned. They are good steroids to stack with injectibles, but pretty useless by themselves.

This is right, you won't need drugs etc to get leaner, simply keep your protein levels up (at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, but you probably already know this) and just gradually decrease carbs. Firstly, get rid of all shitty carbs like processed breads etc, leaving only good carb sources. This alone will have an effect as your body will no longer have the crap carbs to store as fat and utilise the better carbs (The extent will obviously depend on how much you train and your metabolism etc). After that change, reduce carbs much in the same principle BBs do when competing (not to the same extremes though) week by week till you feel happy with how you shape up, increase definition etc. If your lucky like me your diet change and weight training alone should suffice in getting leaner but if its still a task then incorporate alittle cardio like running or biking a few times a week. Again, see how you progress and adjust you diet and training to that. Remember, keep protein high as usual as its fat you want to lose, not muscle (you will inevitably lose some muscle as again, without gear supporting you, the body isn't a 100% effiecient to just lose fat, yet it won't be that much if protein levels are maintained).

If you really want to use a something to get leaner use supplements instead of drugs. There are loads of fat burners out there, some are a rip off, some a re reasonable.

I agree with this except for one thing. I believe in replacing the carbs with additional protein as long as you keep the calories in a deficit. To few calories and protein will result in loss of LBM. Also IMO you need to keep protein up around 1.5 grams of LBM when cutting.

I did say 'at least' 1g per lb of bodyweight. What your suggesting sounds a good idea, yet I wouldn't load on huge amounts more of protein, just enough to maintain and support what muscle you have.

Steroids dont get you lean, diet does. You are what you eat.
