). During the first 6-8 weeks in notice little fat loss in the stomach area, most comes off my back, legs, face, arms. But yes, I do notice that my stomach becomes looser and light, but the size dosent immeadiately drop. Ive been told that midsection fat is a different and more dangerous fat than anywhere else in the body, and it takes a longer time for the midsection fat cells to break down. ive found that this training program works best for me in not only fat loss, but hardening up that midsection:
