A week and a half ago I started my first bulking cycle. Basically to give you a bit of history, I'm 1.73m tall, 64kg, 9.5% BF. I'm pretty lean, small athletic build. I've been strength training for 2 years with steady growth. My primary goal is to add bulk, although I don't want to get huge. Just sporty and athletic.
