I need a Routine by 10:00PM!!!

Upper 1: do 3x2-5 for ever exercise with 2 min rest intervals
BB Flat Bench Press
BB Bent-over Row
BB Military Press
Pull-up
Upper 2: Do 3x6-12 for every exercise with 60 sec rest intervals
BB Incline Bench Press
BB Yates Row
Dips
BB Curls
Lower: Do 3x4-8 with 90 sec rest intervals for all exercises
Squats
RDL's
Leg Press
Glute-Ham Raises

im gonna use the guidlines you gave me and i needed it by 10 cos thatt's when i was gonna work out that day. Thanks again guys!
