Raises just suck all around. You gotta do light weight and look like a pussy. They take longer, especially when you do them unilaterally. And form is hard to maintain. To add to my list of crimes, Id have to honestly say Ive never noticed a bit of improvement from doing them. Even if I got sore repeatedly. BUT. Ill still do them, since I get bored with other shit too sometimes. ![]() |
