Unless you have some smart managers to listen to you, it really doesn't pan out). 2) you can just study what you need to know to pass the test. pass it and then go and train people the proper way and just be prepared to defend your programs when you are asked questions as to why you are doing certain things certain ways. |

I was talking to my manager yesterday about further education and he said he'd pay for any cert I want....I mentioned ISSA and he was like "yeah that's like 600 bucks....I'll pay for it once we have a solid client base" I can also get into a management training program right away too....so I'm going to milk this for all it's worth...management experience + a few really good certifications = lots of opportunities.... |
