Well, it's a commercial gym and that means it is full of knuckleheads who do endless sets of chest and biceps and also watch tv (yes there is a tv in the free weight room) and chat about chicks, how big they are, brag about numbers and flex in the mirror.
I have been consistently working out earlier this year around 10-11am and the free weight room is basically empty. All the cardio kings are in the other room and it's just usually older men and women with a few young hotties. I am so glad i workout in the morning now. My early classes at 8am all year during college really got me in the habit of waking up and getting my workout over with so i don't have to shower twice during the day and i don't have to think about my workout all day. Most times, if i am having a bad day, i definitely don't want to look forward to an intense leg session or feel like going to the gym so i am now officially a morning guy. |
