Try interval training (HIIT) for your sprinting - there are heaps of posts on it. Make sure to throw in hill climbs/stair climbs/sand dunes and whatever to vary it. Why do you need endurance for soccer? You start/stop all the time and only ever run 3/4 of the length of the field at the one time before resting. As for exercises - lots of unilateral leg exercises eg. lunges, stepups, etc should help with building up leg muscle mass and help with your overall conditioning.
Skipping would also be a good thing to help build up your fitness. Yanick had a good URL to a site in a recent post that describes the different types of skipping you can do for different sports.
