bananas fresher?

how do yuo keep them fresher? can you put em in the fridge or something?

Yes you can put them in the fridge. The skins will may color and look like it could be bad but the banana itself will stay fresh.

When you put a Banana in a dark place it speeeds the ripening proceess.

The darker the banana the sweeter it is.

You can seperate the the bananas from each other this stops the release of one the ethylene of banana from triggering the release in the others.

I peel them, cut them into appropriate portions and then freeze them. That way they stay fresh for months, and it also means that when you blend them up into shakes they make it go all think and creamy...
