i see everyone talking about bf but how do you find out what your bf is?

You need to get it tested with a skin caliper. Have someone (preferrably a professional) test it.

i have a problem measuring my body fat too , i don't have a caliper , how could i measure it ......

Just go to a gym (like Gold's) and they'll measure your body fat for either a nominal fee or for free.

cool nice idea i never thought of doing this .....we have gold gym here in egypt and i think i've heard they have measurment equipment ,i'll go tomorrow and ask them if they would measure my bf% ....
