just wondering what everyones best investment has been for fitness a supplement a piece of equipment, trainer. what ever it is mine was 89 cents notebook at walmart. its when i got organized and now i am getting results.

Something ive had for a while, but a plain old barbell.
More recently, a squat rack.
For the future: looking into kettlebells for some reason!

Most recently, a workout ball that I got at walmart. I've been using it with my morning workout, and it's really comfortable to do crunches on.

And supplements wise creatine,fish oil,and extend(any bcaa product sipped during workout)

$900.00 for a power rack with upper and lower cables and 450# of free weight plates. I've added lots of bars/handles since then at a cost of...I don't know. 
Doesn't matter though...keeps me out of the gym.
