Pre-Workout Meal

i recently started doing my lifting in the morning instead of in the afternoon cuz my friend can only lift in the morning and im helping him.

my question is should i take a pre workout meal or not?

when i did cardio in the morning instead of afternoon i of course didnt eat before bu now since im lifting i dont know whether i should eat or not.

Always eat before you do your weights sessions.... But if you are doing lower intensity cardio - then you could get away with not eating if you wanted... In the grand scheme of things it is not going to make a huge difference - but some people like the idea of doing cardio on an 'empty stomach'.

Yes, eat before you workout.

You can either have a balance solid food meal about an hour before,
or you can have a liquid meal (a shake) 15-30 minutes before. Whichever feels better in your tummy during your session.

yes u must eat before it ....and if u can try eating more than one meal before it ,,ex have your breakfast ...than after 2 hours have ur pre workout shake ..and after 30 minutes start your w/o
