I read somewhere(I can't recall where), that you should have a 1:1:1 ratio of fats(saturated, mono, and poly) in a healthy diet. Is this true? If not then how much.

I wouldn't get that much saturated fat... Especially if you are on a higher fat diet (more than, say, 30% of your total calorie intake). Most professionals suggest you do not get more than about 10% of your total calorie intake from saturated fats.
Usually I suggest people aim for something around:
50-55% mono
30% poly
10-15% saturated

i get 1:1 ratio of mono to poly most of the time i even sometimes get more poly.....also my saturated never gets over 0.7:1:1
