Cut up scallions. Saute scallions in a little oil, throw in ground beef, that's it. First dish I learned to cook as a child. I always top it off with rice.

I fry it up with olive oil into burgers or just pulled apart. Sometimes I will cook it with some Montreal seasoning and Worcestershire.
Some quick tips for making ground beef even leaner. If you're on a budget you can save a lot by purchasing regular ground and rinsing/blotting using the suggestions in the pdfs.
