hey i got one more question should you include your pwo&pre meals with your other meals?So lets say you have 7 meals then you would have 3 meals and the rest pre&pwo, or do you add them to your arealdy 7 meals?

4 real food and 3 protein shakes would be fine.

Depends on how many times you want to eat per day... and how many hours you are awake per day... and whether or not you want to eat 10 meals or 5 meals.

There is no set answer...

eg: If you are up for long hours each day (16-18 hrs), then you will need more meals than someone who is only awake for 10-12 hrs. So you could have 6 meals + a pre workout meal + a post workout shake.

Similarly, if you are bulking, and you find it hard to get the calories in, having more frequent meals (every 2 hrs) means you will need more meals than someone who is cutting and who finds they get more satiety from 4 meals + a PWO shake.
