How bad is this?

Lately I've been working out at night, usually from about 8:30-9:30. I'm usually home about 10 minutes after my workout and I have my shake (whey, oats, banana, and berries mixed in a cup of milk and a cup of water). The crappy thing is, I usually fall asleep by about 10:30 and don't eat again until about 7am.

Would it be ok to have 1 cup of cottage cheese with some natural peanut butter and a couple of fish oil caps right before I hit the sack?

I wouldn't really say that I'm bulking or cutting, just trying to gain a little more muscle and some strength.

As long as you fit those extra calories into your day then I say eat... I would also be tempted to add some carbs to that meal too.
