thanks for the info guys. Its tough. I wouldnt call it PAIN, just not a nice feelings, kinda a quick fleeting ache. I'm going to try warming up better, shortening the ROM, making sure im only shoulder width apart, and leaning forward a little, and Ill see if it feels any better. if not maybe Ill just cool it for a while. Its just never felt GOOD to do.

. Alternating sounds like a good idea too. Its just hard for me to think of another compound exercise that works the chest, triceps and shoulders all at once! |
