Ok, does anyone know of a list of low calorie foods that I can see? I'm looking into changing my diet to make a caloric deficit but... I don't know where to start or what foods to avoid or pursue... Any suggestions?

non-starchy fibrous vegetables.
high fiber things like whole grain brown rice, sweet potatos.

Don't forget fats....the good ones (monounsaturated and the polys) they will help control hunger and even out your blood sugar.

Protein at every meal.

All done together will be a potent deficit combination.

Check out the stickie in the nutrition section. There's a shopping list you can download.

I make a low-fat and fairly low carb chicken wrap.

-Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
-1Chicken Breast
-Whole wheat tortilla
-veggies of your choice

I think you can figure out how to put it together. It isnt to bad. Having me one in about an hour.

You can make anything/ include anything in a 'low calorie' diet - you just can't eat much of it.

But things that have a low calorie to volume ratio are things like -
Vegetables - esp the high water content ones (celery, lettuce etc etc)
Fruits
Lean proteins such as egg whites, fish and chicken
High fiber starches - such as legumes and brans
