Does every training program need a postworkout meal?
If your trying to loose bodyfat....would you still need all that carb and recovery drinks that everyone drinks at the gym after they workout?

When cutting I keep my post workout carbs fairly low. I take in a piece of fruit with my 40-50grams of protein. I don't go wild like a bunch of people do and take in like 100grams of simple carbs. But also if I am working out late at night I skip the simple carbs since my main goal is to shed bodyfat.

Yes. Every training program (that involves weights) needs a post-workout meal-even if you are trying to lose fat. From what I understand, you have to try to give your body back some of what it lost during training. Quickly digested carbs and protein seem to be the consensus.

ofcourse you need carbs after your workout wich will increase your muscle growth wich help you more in cutting and losing fats...... post workout is the best time to get carbs without being stored as fats

post workout is awesome time to take in carbs

I'm not an expert but taking in simple carbs replaces glycogen stores that have been lost during excersise, for my post workout i usually have 48g of protein (2 scoops) a whole bannana and a cup of orange juice(explained below)

I have tried to create an insulin spike by taking in orange juice etc
