Good or Bad?

Bad for the salmon!

Canned is always higher in sodium as well as the risk of preservatives. It's good like a can of tuna but you could get better quality from the foil packs or fresh

I'm talking about a shrimp catching boat, I've been working on shrimp boats all my life. I started out on my uncle's boat, that's my mother's brother...when I was about maybe nine.

Good.

If you are willing to eat canned tuna, then salmon in a can is fine too... I make sure I get the stuff with skin and bones included as these are also an excellent source of calcium (plus - crunchy!).
