Well i am cutting at the moment so am trying to eliminate carbs from about 6-7pm to ensure they don't get stored as fat as i don't do much past 7pm so they won't get burned off

Trouble is i go to the gym at 7pm and get back at about 8.30 then i know you need a meal 1.5-2 hours after working out including proteins, carbs and efa's but this means i will have to take in carbs at 10-10.30pm!!!!!!

What do you think?Would this be alright as it is only replenishing lost stores that i have burnt off during the workout?

Thanks people

Chris

And btw i am taking Lipo 6 as a supplement if that makes any difference

i think most of the carbs you consume a few hours after you lift heavy are used to replenish glycogen. so it's not that bad, really.

Firstly - I don't understand how you "don't to much after 7pm" - yet you "go to the gym at 7pm"!

You are training right?

And you are trying to maintain lean mass right?

So, if this is the case - Eat the damn food. As long as it fits into your daily calorie requirements you CAN NOT/WILL NOT 'gain fat' - your body doesn't go - "Well... You know... I can't be metabolically active after 6pm.. so... you feed me and I'll just HAVE to store it as fat"...

The last place you want to decrease food when cutting is pre/post workout.
