Sorry for all the posts, but in order for me to do this correctly, I need to be well informed.

Since I have a good workout plan, I need to work on a good diet. My main concern is protein. you're supposed to take in 1g of protein per lb of body weight right? So I should be eating about 130g of protein. I can do that easily, but how and when should I distribute that during the day. I've also been upping my caloric intake too.

Also, should I drink a shake before and after a workout?

You figure if you eat 6 meals a day and divide your protein up into 30 grams per meal you will be fine. Well over your daily requirment.
