What do you meal by that? Olive oil is mainly a mono-unsaturated fat and this is a very good fat... It is also 100% fat (so all the calories come from fat)... 1 tbs = 15g fat = 135 calories.
So if you wanted the same amount of fat as 1 tbs PB then you only need 0.5 tbs of it!!
