Hello all!

For breakfast I have been eating 5 egg whites and a whole egg with multigrain bread....I can't stomach oats for some reason, but would a high fiber cereal be better then the multigrain bread?

Thanks,

Booj

You would be better off with a sprouted grain bread. Other options would be cream of wheat, yogurt with fruit, no sugar added granola, Fiber One cereal...........

What brand of bread do you recommend?

You could also use some kashi cereal bud....that would work fine for you! One serving of that with a lil skim milk and some eggs would be perfect for the diet we setup for you.

But jodi's options are great as well....try and mix everything together...eat one thing for a while then switch it up ya know!

I think the most common one is the ezekial bread or something like that.

Personally - I suggest essene/manna breads. It is the best as it is non-yeasted sprouted grain bread. But some examples would be:
Julian Bakery Manna Bread
Natures Path Manna Bread
Natures Bakery Essene Bread
French Meadow Tortilla

Some other yeasted sprouted brands that people like are things like:
Food for Life
Alvarado Street Bakery
