do you guys count every carb,fat,and protein from everything. Lets, say you have a carb food you still count the protein also or just the carb?

I count my protein and I count my calories. I know if my calories are fairly low and my protein is high then I am pretty sure my carbs are in check. I figure just as long as I am eating the right foods my carbs will take care themselves.
