My name is Nicole, Im 5'2, 120 lbs and would like to loose about 5 more lbs at least to reach my target weight. Well im new to this site but not all that new to weight training. Though, I havent done it in about 4 yrs... since high school. I havent done much with fitness besides I run/jog about 30 minutes every other day and work out to aerobic/toning videos targeting my arms, legs, abs, back and gleuts with 10 lbs free hand weights for about 40 minutes to an hour every other day. But I want to get into the weight training aspect of the fitness routein again but I dont want to gain a lot of muscle mass like I did back in high school.

Back in high school my coach/teacher made us lift heaver and heaver weights each week. When I first started the class in Janurary I started bench pressing 80 lbs (which was my max) and by the end of May (4 months later) I was benching 170 lbs (180lbs was my max). Also, by May I got up to lifting 30 lbs for individual bicep curls 3 sets of ten, I had huge biceps too big for my taste and I felt like everytime i flexed my arms they were going to rip through my shirt. I was petite only 5'2 wieghed 125 lbs at the time I actually gained 5 lbs of muscle. But now I want to weight train and not feel bulky and masculian I would rather feel sexy and tone. Oh I would love to get my butt and theighs into shape any advice? Im not looking for extreme but for resonable advice. Well I Hope to find some good advice here. Thanks.
