If iam doing low intensity cardio should i eat something in the morning?then how long should i wait for to have a solid meal?

take it you are doing your cardio in the morning? If so I would just do the cardio with limited to no food so you can burn fat, then afterwards eat your breakfast. That of course is my opinion.

if yu really need something in your stomach, down a 20g protein shake.

I usually do mine on an empty tummy.

If I am gonna lift in the am, I will have my reg. scheduled meal, then go lift followed by my am cardio.
