Opinions on weight loss supplements!

I believe I have a healthy diet and excercise 6 times a week and usually lose about 2lbs a week on my current cutting program.

Is it really worth it to use supplements like hydroxycut, etc. to speed up weight loss? I would like to cut up a bit faster before the end of august(hopefully to 7-8% bf from 15% now)

Does anyone have any opinions on whether or not supplemets would work and be healthy at the same time? If yes which ones do you think are the most efficient?

Same, IMO. Most of them are appetite suppressants which if you are motivated enough won't even need. Also, if you find you are just too hungry, use a natural herb called hoodia, it tricks your body into thinking it's full. Africans used to use it on long hunts which would last for weeks, and they had to make sure not to eat the food so they could bring it back to the tribes. But yeah, the best formula for weight loss is proper diet, exercise, and try to emphasize as much as possible on RAW foods. This is because raw foods contain living enzymes which aid in overall health and digestion and are killed when brought over a certain temperature. Digestive enzymes can be bought as well if you can't stand raw food. I also recommend probiotics, which are a beneficial intestinal bacteria which aids in proper digestion in nutrient absorption. Good ones are acidophilous and bifodous. By doing these two things, you may notice more frequent "passing", less bloating, less cravings for sweets (because the bad bacteria in your intestine craves sugar) and faster weight loss. I've seen many people have more overall health and they lose the pouch around their stomach. Good luck man.

Healthy diet is all you need. Protein rich foods and shakes will help you greatly. Try to avoid high carb foods. While cutting, I like to eat chicken breasts. Personally, with a good diet involving them is all I need. Its also very affordable.

If there is any supplement that can be used I would use an ECA stack. Its head and shoulders above the rest.

When it comes to me I have to avoid high carb foods in order to make good progress, but thats just me.

I shouldve been more elaborate-I only do this for one day out of 14 to 21 days.

true .. i stopped progressing for a while ..so i started over dosing carbs every 2-4 days ......i feel my metabolism has increased a lot...
