u guys think thyell hold up? i think so... sux for u redsox fans

Posted by: shiznit2169

Why does it suck for us redsox fans? What do we have to do with this? The tigers are first in the AL Central so i think you meant the whitesox who are second place (2 games) right behind them. The redsox are first in the AL East with the yankees being 2.5 games behind them. I don't see where you're going with this, but if you think the redsox are going to fall apart and miss the playoffs at the end, you must be joking.

i was insinuating that the wildcard would come out of central being that whitesox and tigers are playing so well and i just thought that the wildcard was the only thing boston fans rooted for during the season

I still don't understand your point?

Yeah smarten up son, you don't wanna face the Red Sox, as already seen by the series between em.

Tigers are doing well, yes, but the yankees took 3 out of 4 (with the 4th game being a game winning hit in the bottom of the 9th) and Boston took 2 out of 3. Also, if you look at their schedule, the majority of the teams they played are well under .500 (Kansas City, Cleveland, LA Angels, Baltimore). They haven't played anybody.

Whitesox will catch up to them and take over for 1st place. Detroit will be fighting for the wildcard with either the yankees or redsox depending on what happens in august and september.

Or the Jays

Yeah, They just need to find a way to get some consistent pitching.

right... & the White Sox have beaten Detroit 5/6 games so far.

I think they'll die out a little in the second half. They'll stay in 2nd & go for the wild card, but they're going to have to figure out how to beat the good teams.

Cleveland is doing suprisingly bad, but they'll bounce back, just like last year.

The Sox are better than last year... hopefully they will repeat.

lot of season left, but that's ok by me

Yanks should be worried about the Jays, Cause it is unlikely they will catch the Red Sox
