Muscle Milk for Hard Gainer?

Hey all,

I'm currently 5'10 125-130 pounds and I'm looking to gain weight and muscle mass. I just purchased some Muscle Milk and I'm beginning a steady program of high calorie intake and lifting every other day. My question is...

I heard people taking Muscle Milk will actually lose their body fat (which I have very little of as you can imagine) and I absolutely don't want this to happen. If anything, I want to gain more body fat while gaining muscle. Is this not the product I should be using? Or should I gain weight as well as size with this product (because it has plenty of calories)?

That is absurd, you won't just lose body fat from drinking it. If you are eating over maintenance cals I can assure you 99% that you won't lose bodyfat.

I agree - muscle milk is one of the best supplemental proteins out there. It will definately work for you and it is not going to make you lose body fat!

Muscle milk also makes a natural version that does not have that artificial crap in it.

jus goto ur local gnc or vitamin world........or any vitamin store u have where u live. i garantee u they will have a massive stock of it. BTW best protien ever!!!
