I am brand new here to the IMF and was wanting to know a simple questions regarding losing weight and working out regularly toward gaining lean muscle:
How much should my water intake be DAILY? SHOULD I cut out soda/pop completely?
If anyone can please answer those two questions for this new beginner to weightlifting it would surely be appreciated! Glad to be aboard!
