ok i have been bulking for about 4weeks now and i weighed 170lbs. now i weigh 173lbs....heres how its been goin
week 1-3> 2500-3000cals
week 4(now)3000-3500cals-just now gaining lbs
week 5 gonna stay at week 4's cals
week 6 if i stop gaining i'll go up to 4000-4500cals.
and then so on an so on
