Messed up shoulder. (massive lump)

well my buddies kinda worried so i thought id post it on here for him... hes taking test/tren (everyday 1 cc) and hes injecting in his shoulder (rotating) and in one of his shoulders it has puffed out so much it looks like hes wearing shoulder pads. the muscle is actually sticking straight out its very odd looking. what do you guys think?

I think he just had a reaction to the gear. It will pass. I always inject the Quads and every once in a while I'll get a lg lump.
As long as there's no infection or abscess, He has nothing to worry about. Have him rotate to a different site, IE quads, buttocks ect for a while.

Is he massaging the injection site after injection?
