BulkNutrition sells out to Musclemaster

A rumor got started a few months ago that I was looking to get out of the industry, which is about 75% true. I suffered from some pretty serious health issues at the start of the year. Almost all due to stress. My family is very important to me and I refuse to risk my health for money/greed. The guys that are taking over my site are A+ guys. I wouldn't have sold otherwise. It will take about a week to get all the bugs worked out. In the end it is best for everyone. They can ship from two places, where I could only ship from one. They will carry around 2000 more items than I currently have. I will be in charge of the bulk powder aspect, which is what I really enjoy. I look forward to massive expansion in that area.

As far as my future plans, it's pretty simple. I'm going to take 3-4 months off from the industry. I need it to clear my head, get my health back in order and regain my creative side. I will always have a hand in this industry. I love it too much. I see so many area's where I can improve things. I don't know what capacity I'll come back in, but I will be back.

I read on M&M that in a few months Mike will be seriously distributing in bulk powders and he said current suppliers should be scared or something on those lines.

All this is very true. I am sure Mike will read this thread before to long, if he hasn't, already and make a comment. I did however confirm through my sales rep at Europa that this did happen since we both have the same rep.

I have a question...how did this come about, meaning did you put the word out that you wanted to sell, or did it all just sort of happen?

LOL, Kevin is an old friend of mine here in Charlotte. He owns a GNC store and him and Mike were "partners" before Mike went out on his own. Kevin also was a big "helper" when Mike done the Charlotte Pro show. I guess you could say there are/were business partners.

Long story short: I used to work for kevin, kevin now works for me. Kevin is still on board with some of the new idea's I have going on.

Mike, I guess an important question will be pricing. How will this merger affect any pricing going forward? I was always fond of some of the deals and specials you had going on. Will we see $9.99 bottles of I-Pro?!?

btw, we just shipped product to both of Musclmaster's warehouses yesterday so IronMagLabs should be up several of their other sites soon as well, i.e. www.AffordableSupplements.com
