Here's what im doing, I'm taking AdEnergy Stack prior to working out and eating a high protein meal after workouts. I'm about 5'11 225lbs. and NOT lean... as a matter of fact i need to lose quite a few lbs. My normal workout consists of something like this: 20min of cardio, then 30min of weights (machine weights for now; i have a dislocated left shoulder so I don't want to rush into free weights quite yet). The question is this, is AdEnergy Stack what I'm looking for as a supplement? Or is there a better creatine product out there that I can use in place of it? And if there is, how much of this stuff should I be taking? I hear a lot of people talking about "loading up" with the stuff for the first cpl of weeks, but how much is too much and how little is too little? I'm avoiding protein drinks in all because I don't want to gain more mass and I'd rather eat than drink a shake. So sticking with the high protein meals. (Egg whites, tuna, etc). Thanks for the help, htram516 |

thanks |

Alot of people hear creatine and already assume that your going to bloat up. As far as losing fat, it will be fine to take along with your protein. Losing fat has alot to do with your diet. Get your diet straight and you should be fine.
