few new P.R's and some new goals.

i got a couple new P.R's here they are

NEW squat P.R - 375lbs below P. new goal-400lbs

New Deadlift P.R- 365lbs new goal 405lbs

and well i got dip P.R-my bodyweight(175lbs) plus a 95lbs dumbbell for 4reps

new goal my bw+100lbs dumbbell for 5reps

and bench ?? dunno dont r'ly care ...last time i knew it was around 265lbs

Congrats on the new stats Your deadlift seems a bit low in relation to what you squat. How can you squat 375 but only deadlift 365
Are you doing ATG squats? And what about overhead presses?

thanks....i maxed out on dead right after squats lol i was worn out :P

the squat was atg-parrell(sp?) what do you mean "what about overhead presses?"

i also got the squat up easy(not really really hard) but just like goin down then goin halfway up and then i got stuck i lil bit then i just exploded the bar up ....i didnt try to go any higher tho bc i was already worn out :P

The squats. Olympic style is where the bar sits high on your traps and you use a more narrow stance. PL style calls for the bar to sit on top of your rear delts and you use a wider stance (Relatively speaking).

ive always squatted olympic style, powerlifter style felt too awkward to me.
